Group Therapy
What is Group Therapy?
Group therapy is a powerful way to heal and grow alongside others who share similar experiences. In a supportive and confidential environment, participants come together to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build meaningful connections. Led by a trained therapist, group sessions offer a space to feel heard, validated, and empowered while gaining insight from both the facilitator and fellow group members.
Who Can Benefit from Group Therapy?
Group therapy can be especially helpful for those struggling with trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from others. It provides a sense of belonging and support, helping participants realize they are not alone in their journey. Through shared experiences and guided discussions, members learn new ways to process emotions, set boundaries, and develop self-compassion.
We are excited to offer a Women’s Trauma Group starting in March 2025, held on Monday nights.
This group is designed for women seeking a safe and understanding space to process past experiences and work toward healing. You will be learning somatic skills, how fight or flight impacts your body, and will have a beautiful group of women to talk with to know you’re not alone. If you’re interested in joining or would like more information, please reach out—we’d love to connect with you.
