Caittlyn Herrmann, Medical Biller

Hey!

My name is Caittlyn and I have been a medical insurance biller since graduating college in 2018. I worked in a few different specialties over the years before finding my “home” in behavioral health billing. I am a huge advocate for the autism community and am passionate about promoting acceptance and support for all neurodivergent minds. In my downtime, I enjoy playing Super Mario with my son and listening to him teach me all about trains. I also love to snuggle up with a good book, watch crime documentaries on Netflix, and play The Sims any chance I get. 

My favorite part about the work that I do at Lilac Dragonfly Therapy is getting to be a main resource for our clients throughout their whole experience – starting with that very first intake email. I understand how crazy and confusing the world of health insurance can be and am always so happy to help you!
