Jade Yumping LCSW
Hi, I’m Jade.
I help adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, parenting challenges, and major life transitions find practical ways to reduce stress and overwhelm—so you can make space for yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and feel more hopeful and engaged in your life.
Life can feel exhausting when you’re constantly caring for others, managing expectations, or coping with circumstances you didn’t choose. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life you want, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can be a place where things begin to feel lighter and more manageable.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences—at your own pace. Building a relationship rooted in trust, respect, and emotional safety is always our first priority. You don’t need to have the “right” words or know exactly where to start; we’ll take things one step at a time.
Early in therapy, we’ll explore:
What’s bringing you to counseling now
Your values and what matters most to you
What you hope your life could look like
The changes you’d like to make
Our sessions are collaborative and client-centered. The time is yours—you decide what we focus on each day. Together, we may work on understanding difficult emotions, challenging unhelpful beliefs, developing healthier coping skills, strengthening relationships, or finding new ways to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
Counseling for Adults
You may be feeling overwhelmed by the many roles you’re trying to fulfill—partner, parent, caregiver, employee, student, or adult child. The pressure to “do it all” can lead to anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and feeling like you’re never quite enough.
If you’re feeling exhausted, stuck in negative thought patterns, or unsure how to make the changes you need, therapy can help you regain a sense of clarity, balance, and confidence. We’ll work together to help you feel more capable, grounded, and aligned with what matters most to you.
